How To Upload a File
1. Browse and find your art file or files on your local system. (Max. five, all folders must be Zipped or Stuffed)
2. Click Upload Files to begin upload.
3. Once the upload have begun, you will see a small Loading Window.
4. During the upload, do not close either the Loading or the Upload Files window. Leaving the Upload Page will also stop the file upload.
5. If the file is successfully received, you will recieve a File Complete page and the Loading Page will disappear.

Depending on your file size and your Internet connection, uploading files may take several hours. If any unexpected problems occur during the file upload, Please contact your Internet account manager.

Mac users need Stuffit?
Microsoft users need WinZip?

When Uploading files there are a few important things to remember:

1. All users, BE SURE TO LABEL THE FILES APROPRIATLY. Please put loose files into one folder. Please include a text file with the Project Name, Company Name, Contact Name, Phone Number and Date.

2. All users, When choosing the upload files through the upload browser, the file type box must be set to All Files (*.*) to be able to see files of other types.

3. Macintosh users, Mac files should be compressed or stuffed before uploading to avoid transfer problems. Macintosh users can compress files using Stuffit and the BinHex encode. This will insure the integrity of the file system of your job.

4. Microsoft users, you can create a .zip file using Winzip or PK Zip.

5. All users, extremely large jobs may upload easier when broken into a few smaller files. Compress these files into multiple archives. Be sure to label these files properly so they can be easily reassembled for proofing.

6. All users, if you need to upload more than five files simply put files into one or more folders and use the proper compression. Microsoft users can create a .zip file using Winzip or PK Zip. Macintosh users can compress files using Stuffit and the BinHex encode.
